Signup For A Camp –

If you sign up for this camp you will be placed on the wait list and contacted if there is a cancellation. You will not be charged or confirmed until we contact you if a cancellation arises.

Due to the nature of the Top Prospects Showcase Camps, presented by Quakes Baseball Academy, and the expenses involved, the cancellation policy for 2017 Camps is as follows:

In the event of a cancellation PRIOR TO July 2, 2017 you will receive a refund of $600, and will forfeit $95 for administrative fee.  IF FOR ANY REASON you need to cancel on or after July 3, 2017, we do not offer your money back.  Once you have registered online and your forms have been received by our office on or after July 3, 2017 there will be no refund granted for any reason.  If you do need to cancel on or after July 3, 2017, $500 of your enrollment fee will be applied towards a future Top Prospects Camp and the remainder of the enrollment fee ($195) will be forfeited.   This is non-transferable and can be used for the enrolled participant only.  There will be no exceptions to this policy.

By clicking the “SUBMIT” button you agree to these terms. (Terms also at the bottom of the payment form, which you must sign in order to be confirmed in the camp.)

To help complete the form, if you do not have multiple email addresses, please put the same email address in each email box. If you do not all have cell phones, please list those that you do, and enter your home phone for those that do not have a cell phone. If you are a one parent family, please list that parent in both the Mom and Dad fields. If you only play one position, please do not list a secondary position. We require these fields for us to complete the coaches’ books for the camp. If you do not have an ACT score, you may leave that field blank. Please review your form carefully prior to submission.
