Cancellation and Refund Policy

Showcase and all other Camps:

Due to the nature of the Top Prospects Showcase Camps, presented by Quakes Baseball Academy, and the expenses involved, the cancellation policy for 2020 Camps are as follows:

In the event of cancellation PRIOR to April 15th, 2020 for the May camp and July 1st, 2020 for the August camp you will receive a refund of $650, and will forfeit $150 for administrative fee. IF FOR ANY REASON you need to cancel on or after April 15th, 2020 (for May camp) and July 1st, 2020 (for August camp) there will no refund granted for any reason. If you do need to cancel between April 15th, 2020 (for May camp) or July 1st, 2020 (for August camp), $650 of your enrollment fee will be applied towards a future Top Prospects Camp and the remainder of the enrollment fee ($150) will be forfeited. This is non-transferable and can be used for the enrolled participant on the registration only. There will be no exceptions to this policy.  Money transferred to a future camp is not refundable for any reason.  We only list the coaches once they have agreed to attend and work the camp.  Unforeseen emergencies can arise, which can cause our coach roster to change.  This does not change our cancellation policy in any way. 

Teams and/or Facility Training Programs:

Quakes Baseball Academy will offer a credit for payment of a Quakes Program fee on a pro-rated basis. Please notify us via email (contact@quakesbaseball.com) if the need arises.

To withdraw or quit the program/team at any time, we do require you contact us via email at contact@quakesbaseball.com at least five days prior to the next billing date.  We will then remove you from the payment system.
